Applications are due to the Kendall-Grundy Farm Bureau office by 12:00, Friday, March 6th 2026. This year we are using an online form for submittal below you will find an Information Letter, a PDF Copy of the Application (to use as a guide before submitting your completed application), and a link to the Form to Submit your Application. The form will not save answers if closed without saving a draft. Because of this we suggest using the copy of the application below to formulate answers prior to submittal.
